Aishwarya and Salman Khan’s sizzling relationship had always received tremendous public showcasing. And especially Aishwarya’s constant injuries and her impromptu appearance- she had looked like she was hit, and really hard at that. Aishwarya’s black eye at a televised award function was linked to Salman Khan’s antics of domestic violence, though the Indian beauty firmly denies any occurrence of such violence and claims her injury was due to a fall down a staircase.

Aishwarya’s neighbors also acknowledged that Salman Khan visited the Rai household one night in a highly intoxicated condition, demanding to see Aishwarya and sort things out. Their refusal to his demands was met with hours of bangs and harsh knocks on their door. The Rais also filed a complaint with the local police stating that they or their daughter were not responsible for anything that happened to Khan in the future because of his tantrums and drinking issues. Khan had also publicly thrown Aishwarya on the ground on the sets of Ramesh Sippy’s Kuch Na Kaho that starred Abhishek Bachchan opposite her. Khan was apparently insinuated with jealousy and felt that his lover was constantly cheating on him. Aishwarya was accused of two timing Salman with Shah Rukh, Abhishek and a string of other co stars. Aishwarya has also publicly accepted that she was a victim of violence from Salman Khan, after their strained relationship finally came to an end.
Whether Aishwarya was really the victim of Salman’s jealousy and fury bouts, or whether Salman was the man who was cheated and betrayed by an aspiring young model scorching the cine screens, no one will ever know the truth.
